Frequently asked questions

What is InvestArab?

A digital-asset platform with custodial wallets, spot trading against USDT, peer-to-peer trading with escrow, a gold vault, and on-chain withdrawals on TRC-20, ERC-20 and BEP-20. It is operated from Riyadh.

Who is behind InvestArab?

Investarab, a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia, with affiliated companies in Canada and Bangladesh. The Verify page lists each registration with a link to the official register, and names the compliance office accountable for this brand.

Do I have to verify my identity?

Yes, before you deposit, trade, use P2P or withdraw. You can create an account and read everything on the site without verifying. The AML and KYC policy explains what we collect and why.

How do withdrawals work?

You choose a network, see the network fee and the amount the recipient will get, then confirm. The request is queued, broadcast, and marked settled once the network confirms it. The transaction hash is saved in your history.

What can I trade?

USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH on spot markets. Peer-to-peer pairs against AED, SAR, USD, EUR, GBP, EGP, TRY, PKR and INR. Gold, silver and platinum in the vault at spot prices from a market feed checked every 15 minutes.

What does it cost?

Spot trades carry a maker or taker fee, shown before you place the order. Withdrawals show the exact network fee before you confirm. P2P desk prices track a reference rate within a published band.

How does P2P escrow work?

When an order opens, the seller's crypto is locked in escrow. When the buyer's fiat payment is confirmed, escrow releases to the buyer. If either side disputes, a member of our team reviews the evidence and decides.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Digital assets and precious metals move in price and can lose some or all of their value. We do not offer guaranteed returns, and nothing on this site is investment advice. Read the Risk Disclosure before you deposit.

How are funds and accounts protected?

Each user has their own deposit addresses, swept to a monitored treasury. You can protect your account with two-factor authentication and recovery codes, and review your active sessions. Withdrawals settle on a public chain, so you can check them independently.

How can I confirm this site is really InvestArab?

Check that you are on investarab.com, then open the Verify page. It lists our company records with links to the official registers, the only email domain we use, and the things we will never ask you for.
